1. The instant revision petition was filed by the petitioner so as to assail order dated 13.10.2015 vide which the Special Court, Patiala ordered for framing charges against the petitioner for offences under Sections 7, 8, 9, 12 and 13(1)(d) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988.

2. Today, at the very outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner has informed that the petitioner already stands acquitted vide judgment dated 27.2.2023 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Patiala.

3. In view of the aforestated position, the instant petition is rendered infructuous and is disposed off as such.
