*** Daya Chaudhary, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in pursuance of order dated 03.12.2018, the petitioners have joined investigation and the same has been affirmed by learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Major Singh. Two civil suits are also stated to be pending between the parties.

The allegations are matter of evidence, which shall be tested by the trial Court.

Since the petitioners have joined investigation, interim order dated 03.12.2018 passed by this Court in their favour is made absolute. Petition is disposed of accordingly.

However, the petitioners are directed to join investigation, if required by the Investigating Officer.
