There is no representation on behalf of the applicant/appellant, even on second call. The same was the situation on the previous date; as well. On the previous date, it was specifically mentioned in the order that the case shall not be adjourned any further. Despite that, the counsel has chosen not to come present and to pursue his case. This Court does not find any sufficient ground to condone the delay of 206 days in filing the present appeal. Accordingly, the present application stands dismissed.
