, -./ The present petition has been filed seeking directions to the respondents No. 3 and 4 to properly investigate the case bearing FIR No. 314 dated 28.11.2024 registered under Sections 406 and 420 of the IPC at Police Station Tripri Patiala, District Patiala and to take appropriate legal action against respondents No. 5 to 8.

Learned State Counsel on instruction from concerned Investigating Officer contends that an SIT has already been constituted and the investigation in the case shall be completed and a final report shall be filed within a period of three months.
