(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioners has referred to letter dated 05.07.2017 written by Home Department, Technical Education Department to the Registrar, PEC University of Technology, Sector 12 Chandigarh. The letter dated 05.07.2017 is taken on record as Annexure A-1. As per this letter, the matter has been considered by the Administration and decided that matter regarding Restructuring of Non-teaching staff is kept on hold till the decision regarding upgradation of PEC University of Technology to IIT is taken. In view of the above letter dated 05.07.2017, the present petition stands disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioners to approach this Court at an appropriate stage when the decision regarding upgradation of PEC University of Technology to IIT is taken.
