Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for seeking quashing of order dated 16.11.2018 (Annexure P3), passed by the learned District Judge, Ropar, whereby application filed by the petitioner for transfer of complaint case baring No. NACT/165/2017 dated 19.05.2017, pending in the Court of Ms. Chinu Sharma, Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Rupnagar , was dismissed. While dismissing the said application, the learned District Judge passed an order to deposit a sum of Rs.2,000/- with the District Legal Services Authority, Rupnagar.

After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner contended that he be allowed to withdraw the present petition, but the costs imposed upon the petitioner be waived off.
