      H.S. MADAAN , J. (Oral) There is no representation on behalf of the petitioners today. Similar was the position on the last date of hearing. On the last date of hearing, counsel for respondent No.1 had informed that since the possession of the property has been delivered to respondent No.1 in execution proceedings, therefore the revision petition has become infructuous. He had placed on record documents in that regard. As nobody had appeared for the petitioners on the last date, in the interest of justice, the case was adjourned for today to verify this fact from counsel for the petitioners. However, nobody has appeared for the petitioners in the Court even today. It seems that the petitioners are not interested in further prosecution of the revision petition. The same stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
