(Oral) The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to pay due salary to the petitioner from 01.04.2020 to 30.09.2020, i.e. Rs.3,81,216/- along with interest @ 18% per annum.
