Prayer in the present petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in a case FIR No.23 dated 14.03.2025, registered under Sections 109, 126(2), 118(1), 115(2), 351(2), 191(3) & 190 of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita at Police Station Julkan, District Patiala.

By virtue of order dated 21.05.2025, while granting interim protection, the petitioner was directed to join the investigation. 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has joined the investigation and fully cooperated with the same and thus, the interim order may kindly be made absolute.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Sukhdev Singh, has affirmed the fact that the petitioner has joined the investigation and he is no more required for further investigation.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 21.05.2025 is made absolute subject to compliance of conditions as envisaged under Section 482(2) of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
