Present petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Cr.P. C. for issuance of an appropriate order or direction for fair and impartial investigation, by SIT in case FIR No.426 dated 10.12.2022 under Sections 302/34 of the IPC and Section 3(2)(v) of SC/ST Act, 1989, registered at Police Station Nissing, Karnal, lodged against respondents no.4 and 5 & to file status report in the FIR and representation submitted by the petitioner.

Learned State counsel has filed status report by way of affidavit of Sandeep Kumar, HPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, HQ, Karnal in Court today. The same be kept on record. Copy thereof has been furnished to learned counsel for the petitioner.
