Vide last order dated 13.8.2018, counsel for the petitioner was directed to ensure that order dated 17.10.2016 directing that 50% of arrears of maintenance be cleared is complied with and Court be informed in that regard otherwise the petition would be liable to be dismissed for non prosecution. This direction has not been complied with. Accordingly, the petition stands dismissed for non prosecution.
