(Oral) Case has been called out twice since morning. However, none has caused appearance on behalf of the petitioner. Learned State counsel, on instructions from L/HC Renu, submits that the charges were framed in the FIR in question way back on 22.05.2019 wherein after prosecution evidence is being recorded. Learned State counsel has further submitted that out of total 5 prosecution witnesses cited, 2 already stands examined.
