Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for seeking quashing of orders dated 23.10.2018 (Annexure P3) & 15.11.2018 (Annexure P5), passed by the learned Sub Divisional Magistrate-cum-Assistant Collector Ist Grade, Payal.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that she be allowed to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail an alternative legal remedy available to the petitioner.

Dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid. However, the delay in approaching the learned Appellate Court shall be considered sympathetically by it.
