Naresh Kumar Sanghi, J.(Oral) CRM-26909-2015 After hearing learned counsel for the applicant and going through the contents of the application, which is duly supported by an affidavit, the same is allowed and the delay of 337 days in filing the present petition is hereby condoned. CRR-3051-2015 The material available on record has been perused. The prayer in this petition is for releasing the Mahindra Pick-up bearing registration No.HR58-9167 on superdari. The perusal of the material would disclose that the accused who were later convicted and sentenced by learned trial court have filed an appeal which is pending before this Court, therefore, the petitioner may approach the Appellate Court for redressal of his grievances, by way of appropriate petition.

Disposed of accordingly.
