This is a petition for anticipatory bail filed under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023 in case FIR No.97 dated 27.06.2024 under Sections 420 of IPC, 1860 (Sections 467, 468 and 471 of IPC, 1860 added later on) registered at Police Station Baragudha, District Sirsa, Haryana.

The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner had submitted fake academic documents while obtaining job as Assistant Lineman in Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam. The petitioner was in job since the year 2012 and on the basis of complaint in the year 2022, an enquiry was conducted and the petitioner was terminated from service.

Vide order dated 06.05.2025, the Coordinate Bench of this Court had directed the petitioner to appear before the Investigating Officer and join investigation and further was directed not to be arrested. 4.

In view of the submissions of learned counsel for the petitioner especially when the petitioner having joined investigation, the order dated 06.05.2025 granting interim bail to the petitioner is made absolute. 6.

However, the petitioner shall abide by the conditions stipulated under Section 482(2) BNSS. He shall also join investigation as and when called upon to do so.

The petition stands allowed.
