(ORAL) By filing the present petition under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the petitioner has sought interim bail for a period of 15 days in FIR No.84 dated 06.10.2015, registered under Section 22 of the NDPS Act, at Police Station Mullapur, Garibdass, District S.A.S Nagar. It is submitted that marriage of brother of the petitioner has been fixed for 05.03.2015.

In response to the notice of motion order dated 02.03.2017, report of the Station House Officer, Mullapur, Garibdass, District S.A.S Nagar, dated 03.03.2017 has been filed in Court today. The same is taken on record.

As per said report, assertion made in the petition with regard to the marriage of brother of the petitioner is found to be correct. Learned State counsel, on instruction from Lakhbir Singh, Station House Officer, Mullapur, Garibdass, District S.A.S Nagar, admits the factum of marriage.

CRM-M-7364-2017 -2petitioner is ordered to be released on interim bail for a period of 10 days from the date of his release on his furnishing bail/surety bonds with two sureties to the satisfaction of the releasing Court. The petitioner shall also surrender his passport, if any. The date of surrender is to be indicated by the releasing Court.
