   **** MANISHA BATRA, J. (oral) There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner despite the fact that the matter has been passed over twice. Record reveals that despite being given last opportunity to the petitioner to record his statement before the trial Court regarding the genuineness of the compromise stated to have been arrived at between the parties, the petitioner did not appear there and on the last date of hearing, adjournment had been requested by his counsel for seeking instructions from him in this regard.
