(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.0120 dated 22.12.2017 registered under Sections 379, 447, 427, 34 IPC at Police Station Sadar Abohar, District Fazilka. Learned counsel for the petitioner has produced FDR for an amount of `1,00,000/-. Registry is directed to send the same to the Court of Sh. Arun Gupta, Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Abohar, to convert the same in its own name in compliance of directions of this Court vide order dated 04.12.2018. Photocopy of the same be retained on record. Learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 04.12.2018 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
