*** Daya Chaudhary, J. (Oral) Case has been taken up through video conferencing in view of the outbreak of Pandemic COVID-19.

Petitioner is aggrieved by the notices dated 23.01.2020, 07.02.2020, 23.06.2020 as well as 23.07.2020. The petitioner has submitted reply but without taking into consideration the reply, the respondentauthority has issued show cause notice dated 23.07.2020 (Annexure P-11). Learned counsel for the respondents have put in appearance in pursuance of the advance notices issued to the respondents. Learned State counsel for respondents No.2, 4 and 5 submits that no order has been passed so far.

Learned counsel for respondents No.1 and 3 also submits that

after consideration the reply filed by the petitioner, necessary action will be taken.

In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the respondents, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.5 to take necessary action in accordance with law after considering the reply of the show cause notice filed by the petitioner within a period of four weeks.

No adverse order be passed till the decision is taken. The petitioner is also directed to appear as and when required by the respondent-authority.
