However, it has been brought to my notice by the Court staff that execution petition filed by the landlord/decree-holder already stands dismissed as withdrawn as per order dated 25.04.2018 passed by the Court of Civil Judge (Jr. Division)-cum-Rent Controller, Patiala in Execution No.395 of 2017 as the decree-holder has received the possession of the property in dispute. In view of the above, present petition is dismissed being infructuous. However, petitioner shall be at liberty to get it revived, in case any cause survives.
