******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Nirmal Singh submits that challan in this case bearing FIR No. 181 dated 07.08.2013 has been presented in the Court on 18.03.2019.

The petitioner is seeking transfer of investigation of case bearing FIR No. 181 dated 07.08.2013 registered at Police Station Sultanwind, District Amritsar for the offences punishable under Sections 304, 201 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code to some independent agency or CBI to enquire into the custodial death of son of petitioner. Keeping in view the fact that after completion of investigation, the challan has already been presented in the Court, this petition has been rendered infrucutous.
