Criminal Complaint No.8797/2018 Registered on 27.04.2018 u/s 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act 1.

Seeking quashing of criminal complaint as captioned above as well as summoning order dated 09.07.2018, passed by the JMIC, Gurugram, whereby petitioners were summoned to face trial, petitioners have come up before this Court by filing the present petition under Section 482 CrPC.

Petitioner's counsel submits that the matter has been compromised between the parties and complainant had withdrawn his complaint on 08.02.2024, as such they want to withdraw the present petition.
