After some arguments in the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner comes up with a prayer to withdraw the instant writ petition as the petitioner intends to approach the concerned authorities for seeking compounding by depositing requisite fee in terms of Rule 75(1) of Punjab Minor Minerals Rules, 2013.

In that view of the matter, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the concerned authorities seeking compounding by depositing the requisite fee in terms of Rule 75(1) of the Punjab Minor Minerals Rules, 2013.
