(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuance of a direction to respondent No.2 to take appropriate action against respondent No.4 on the complaint dated 20.11.2017 (Annexure P2). Reply by way of affidavit of the Deputy Superintendent of Police, City-I, S.A.S. Nagar, Mohali, filed in the Court is taken on record and as per the reply, the police has conducted the enquiry dated 27.11.2018 (copy attached as Annexure R1/T) and on the basis of the enquiry conducted by the Superintendent of Police, S.A.S. Nagar, Mohali as approved by the Senior Superintendent of Police, S.A.S. Nagar, Mohali, it is found that there is no substance in the complaint. In view of the above, this petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.

Liberty is granted to the petitioner to avail his alternative remedy, in accordance with law.
