Perusal of the record shows that on 04.08.2021, there was request for adjournment on behalf of learned counsel for the petitioner in Whatsapp group. The case was adjourned to 20.08.2021. On the adjourned date also, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner and the case was adjourned for today. Today also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

Petitioner has assailed the order dated 09.04.2021 vide which he was declared as proclaimed offender in FIR JYOTI YADAV 2021.09.09 16:51 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M No. 30846 of 2021 -2No.109 dated 24.07.2020 under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 IPC, Police Station Tibber, District Gurdaspur. Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Gurnam Singh submits that the petitioner has already been arrested on 30.08.2021.

It appears that due to the aforesaid intervening circumstance, learned counsel for the petitioner has preferred not to represent the present case. Even otherwise, the petitioner has not pleaded and attached the necessary documents viz order of proclamation and statement of Executing Constable in order to show that there was non-compliance of Section 82 Cr.P.C.
