# Learned counsel for the petitioner has made a statement before this Court withdrawing the present petition. However, a request has been made that personal appearance of the petitioner before the trial Court may be exempted.

As prayed, the petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. Keeping in view that the petitioner is a student, the trial Court will sympathetically consider on compassionate grounds dispensing with his personal appearance.
