(ORAL) Prayer in this petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 0042 dated 05.03.2024 registered under Sections 328, 354 and 377 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station Raipur Rani, District Panchkula. Custody certificate dated 27.05.2024 filed in Court today is taken on record, as per which, the petitioner has undergone the custody period of 02 months and 22 days as an undertrial. After arguing for sometime, when this Court is not inclined to accord the benefit of regular bail to the petitioner; learned counsel submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition, at this stage. Permitted to do so.

Dismissed as withdrawn, at this stage.
