(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner - Gurmail Singh in case FIR No.4 dated 12.01.2017 under Section 420 IPC registered at Police Station Sadar Dhuri.

On instructions from ASI Ram Singh, learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, the order dated 06.03.2017 passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court is made absolute.

Disposed of accordingly.
