(ORAL) The instant revision has been filed against the order dated 05.08.2015, passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Batala, declining the prayer for summoning additional accused in terms of Section 319 Cr.P.C.

The petitioner has not approached the Sessions Court by filing revision, at the first instance. The facts of the case do not suggest any extraordinary circumstance for filing revision directly in this Court. This petition is disposed of relegating the petitioner to his remedy before the Sessions Court.
