This petition has been filed for issuance of appropriate directions to the official respondents No.1 to 3 for initiation of suitable legal action against the private respondents on the basis of the complaints filed by the petitioner.

Learned State counsel while referring to status report dated 10.07.2023, submits that no cognizable offence is made out. 3.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail alternate remedy, if any, available to him in accordance with law.
