the person of Munish Kumar Bansal were upon by coaccused Karan Sandhu and Davinder Singh Khara. He submits that the petitioner had no role to play and was just present at the spot along with his friends when the sudden fight took place. He submits that the petitioner is a young person aged 29 years. It is also been contended that co-accused-Karan Sandhu has already been arrested. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is willing to join investigation and abide by any condition imposed by this Court. Learned counsel representing the State of Punjab on instruction from ASI Jasvir Singh, who is present in the Court, submits that the injury was grievous in nature as a result of which Section 325 IPC had been added.
