Notice of motion.

On the asking of court, Mr. S.S. Mann, Addl. A.G. Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the official respondent(s). Present appeal has been filed against order dated 14.08.2020 passed by learned Single Bench. According to learned counsel, his prayer for stay of the order, Annexure P-8 has not been accepted. In-fact same was passed on the basis of a noting dated 11.03.2020, Annexure P-7 of the Education Minister, copy whereof was obtained by the petitioner under RTI. Stand of the petitioner is that she made a complaint against respondent no. 6 when he misbehaved with her in the School. On this basis, an enquiry was initiated. However, due to interference of the concerned Minister as would be clear from the noting, Annexure P-6, the enquiry proceedings have come to a standstill. LPA-556-2020 (O&M) On due consideration of the matter, we deem it fit to remit the case to learned Single Judge. However, during the pendency of the writ petition, operation of the order, Annexure P-8 shall remain stayed. As the main appeal has been decided on merits, no order is required to the passed in the accompanying application(s).
