(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner states that FIR No.198 of 2003 under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC and Section 13 of Indian Passport Act registered at Police Station Model Town, Ludhiana has already been quashed by this Court in CRM-M No.34755 of 2015 titled as "Deepak Basil vs. State of Punjab and others" vide order dated 15.11.2017.

The above factual position is duly acknowledged by learned counsel for the petitioner. Therefore, the present revision has been rendered infructuous.
