**** RITU BAHRI, J. (Oral) Petitioner is seeking directions to official respondents not to harass, humiliate and pressurize him at the instance of respondent No.5 and her relatives and not to implicate him in false case/criminal proceeding. The grievance of the petitioner is that after being granted the anticipatory bail by this Court, vide order dated 06.12.2016 in CRM-M35924-2016, the challan has been presented in FIR No.122 dated 18.09.2016. Further, on 25.02.2017 he has been called in police Station Sadar, Kapurthala and sent behind the bars by initiating the proceedings under Sections 107/151 Cr.P.C. Thereafter, the petitioner has made a representation dated 27.02.2016 (Annexure P-4) to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Kapurthala but no action has been taken till date.
