CRM-M-53539-2018 In the present petition, filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., grievance of the petitioner is that inquiry is not being conducted in a fair manner by respondent No.3 only.
Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that for that purpose, petitioner has already made a representation dated 12.02.2017 (Annexure P3) to respondent No.2-Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana, but that has not been acted upon.

In view of above, present petition stands disposed of with the directions to the respondent No.2-Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana to look into the representation dated 12.02.2017 (Annexure P3) and take the required action thereon in the light of copy of agreement to sell dated 03.05.2005 (Annexure P5), which has been placed on record by the petitioner today in the Court.
