FATEH DEEP SINGH, J. (Oral) The matter has been taken up through video-conferencing on account of outbreak of pandemic COVID19. The petitioner has come up in this civil writ petition under articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking a prayer by way of writ of mandamus for setting aside the memorandum along with Charge-sheet and summary of allegations dated 14.09.2012 (Annexure P1), Enquiry Report dated 14.05.2013 (Annexure P3) and order dated 27.11.2013 (Annexure P-6) vide which the punishment of censure has been given to the petitioner with further prayer to direct the

CWP 14665 of 2021 (O&M) respondents to grant all the consequential benefits to the petitioner including promotion to the higher post alongwith interest @ 18% per annum, for which, a legal notice dated 14.04.2020 (Annexure P-7) has also been served upon the respondent authorities.

Heard.

In the light of oral submissions of the petitioner side the directions are issued to the respondent authorities to duly consider the legal notice dated 14.04.2020 (Annexure P-7) as representation of the petitioner and decide the same in accordance with law by passing a speaking order, preferably, within a period of one month from the date of passing of this order.
