These cases involve similar issues and therefore, are being disposed of together by this common order.

Prayer made in the present petitions is for quashing the merit list of English (Master Cadre), Maths (Master Cadre), Social Science (Master Cadre), uploaded by respondent No.3 on its official website on 15.05.2023. 3.

Learned counsel submit that regarding the claim as raised in the present petitions, representations and legal notices dated 25.04.2025, Annexure P13 in CWP-12123-2025; 31.01.2025, Annexure P-15 in CWP-12635-2025, 25.11.2024, Annexure P-16 in CWP-1253-2025 and 11.02.2025, Annexure P-14 MOHIT 2025.05.08 09:25 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CWP-12123-2025 (O&M) and other connected cases -2in CWP-5303-2025, have been submitted, however, the same have yet not evoked any response. He thus, on instructions prays that a direction may be given to the respondents to decide the same in a time bound manner, to which learned State counsel has no objection to the limited prayer made. 4.

In view of the above and without commenting on the merits of the case, these petitions are hereby disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider and decide the representations/legal notice dated 25.04.2025, Annexure P-13; 31.01.2025, Annexure P-15, 25.11.2024, Annexure P-16 and 11.02.2025, Annexure P-14 within a period of 6 months, which this Court has no reason to believe the authorities would not address in a just, fair and reasonable manner. Upon doing so, after notice and hearing offered to them and if found entitled, grant the benefit forthwith. Needless to say, if the orders are adverse to their interest, the same shall contain reasons and the petitioners shall be free to seek legal redress thereupon.
