**** JITENDRA CHAUHAN, J. (Oral) The matter has been taken up through video-conferencing in the light of the pandemic COVID-19 situation and as per instructions. CRM-21642-2020 Application is allowed as prayed for.

CRM-M-25714-2020 The instant petition has been preferred under Section 439 Cr.P.C. seeking bail in FIR No. 66, dated 19.04.2020, registered under Sections 379-B, 341, 411, 201, 506 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code (for short IPC) at Police Station Barnala, District Barnala. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner was not arrested from the spot. He was arrested on the disclosure statement of co-accused, namely, Harwinder Singh @ Soni. CRM-M-25714-2020 -2On the other hand, learned State counsel is unable to contradict the assertions raised by learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned State counsel informs that the challan stands presented. Heard.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is a young man of 24 years; he is not involved in any other FIR; neither any recovery was effected from the petitioner nor he was arrested from the spot, without adverting to the merits of the instant case, this petition is allowed. The petitioner be admitted to bail during the pendency of the trial, on furnishing bail bonds with two local sureties to the satisfaction of the trial Court/Chief Judicial Magistrate/Duty Magistrate, concerned.
