Both the parties have agreed for parting ways and shall file petition under Section 13-B of Hindu Marriage Act. All the terms of settlement reached between the parties have been detailed in paragraph No.8 of the written compromise effected with the help of Mediator, which has been duly signed by both the parties as well as their respective counsel. In view of the amicable settlement, so reached, at this stage, counsel for the applicant submits that he does not want to pursue with the present application and the same be dismissed as withdrawn. Ordered accordingly.
