The petitioner has filed this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.549 dated 13.8.2013 registered for the offences under Sections 307 and 34 IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959 at Police Station Nuh, District Nuh. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and have gone through the record.

The FIR in the present case is of the year 2013. As per the record, the present petitioner has already been declared as proclaimed offender in this case. Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the present case and in view the serious nature and gravity of the offences, I do not find it a fit case where the petitioner is entitled for the grant of anticipatory bail.
