whom the petitioner claims to have acquired the land by way of re-lease/relinquishment, was recorded as a co-owner of the land under partition in the previous revenue records; as also the revenue records and excerpt (intekhab) showing that the other co-sharers, namely Late Smt. Natho, Late Sh. Harchanda and Late Sh. Suberam, had not sold land in excess of their respective shares.

Keeping in view the aforesaid submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
