***** ARCHANA PURI, J. (Oral) Report from the Mediation and Conciliation Centre received. As per the same, the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and the settlement agreement has been duly signed by both the applicant as well as respondent No.1.

In view of the settlement so reached, applicant submits that she does not want to pursue with the transfer application and the same be dismissed as withdrawn, being compromised.

Ordered accordingly.

Further, the applicant gives an undertaking that as per the settlement agreement, she shall withdraw the suit on the next date fixed before the court below.

The parties shall remain bound by the terms of the settlement agreement, so reached between them.
