**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Through this second petition, the petitioner seeks regular bail in case bearing FIR No.138 dated 25.09.2019, registered under Section 279, 337 and 338 IPC and Section 307 and 302 IPC (added later on), at Police Station Sadar, Jalandhar.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petitioner, with liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars.
