In the present petition, the prayer of the petitioner is that the pettioner has approached the respondents for issuance of experience certificate for the period of July 2015 to December 2016 so that he can compete for the post of Block Resource Coordinators cum Community Facilitator, but the said experience certificate has not been issued to the petitioner so far and the petitioner has been called for the scrutiny of the documents for the post of Block Resource Coordinators cum Community Facilitator, which has been fixed for tomorrow i.e. 30.04.2025. 2.

CWP-12018-2025 (O&M) -2that the required experience certificate will be given to the petitioner early morning tomorrow which can be collected by the petitioner from the office concerned so that the petitioner does not suffer any prejudice, while competing for the post of Block Resource Coordinators cum Community Facilitator.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that keeping in view the statement of learned State counsel, the present petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further. 5.
