No. 79, dated 14.7.2023 (Annexure P-1) registered under Section 4, 8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offence Act, 2012 and Sections 354A, 354-C, 376, 506 IPC 1860, at Police Station Women Police Station, Rohtak and all the consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of the Compromise Deed dated 13.5.2024 (Annexure P-10). Reply dated 18.09.2024 filed by way of an affidavit of the Deputy Superintendent of Police, C.A.W., Rohtak on behalf of respondent No.1-State of Haryana in Court today is taken on record.
