(Oral) Prayer in the Ist petition under Section 439(2) read with Section 482 of Cr.P.C. is for cancellation of bail granted to the respondent No.2 (who obtained anticipatory bail by concealing actual, real and true facts from this Hon'ble Court) vide impugned orders dated 23.06.2017/31.07.2018 (Annexure P-3) passed by this Hon'ble Court, in FIR No.89 dated 21.04.2017 under Section 7 of Essential Commodities Act, 1955, Police Station City Rajpura, District Patiala annexed as Annexure P-1). Learned State Counsel, on instructions, submits that a cancellation report has been filed on 21.09.2023 and is pending adjudication before the Illaqa Magistrate for today i.e. 28.02.2024. In view of the above, the learned counsel for the petitioner(s) seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.
