*** Sudhir Mittal, J. (Oral) It is submitted that a revision petition filed against the order accepting the Naksha 'Bey" is pending adjudication since 23.06.2022. Thus, a direction be issued to the concerned Financial Commissioner to take up the same along with the stay application on the next date of hearing i.e. 25.7.2022. Notice of motion to respondents No. 1 to 5 only. Mr. Rajneesh Chadwal, AAG, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of respondents No. 1 to 5 and waives service.

Considering the nature of order being passed, no reply is necessary to be filed.

This writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to take up the pending revision petition along with the stay application on the next date of hearing i.e. 25.07.2022.

Till the decision of the Stay application, there shall be a stay of further proceedings before the Assistant Collector.
