Learned counsel submits that the grade pay of the petitioner was enhanced to Rs.4600/- vide order dated 21.01.2013, however, the same has been reduced to Rs.4400/- vide order dated 16.03.2018, regarding which, a representation dated 27.02.2025, Annexure P-18, followed by a legal notice dated 10.03.2025, Annexure P-19 have been submitted, however, the same have yet not evoked any response. He thus, on instructions prays that a direction may be given to the respondents to decide the same in a time bound manner, to which learned State counsel has no objection to the limited prayer made. 3. In view of the above and without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to the respondents to decide the representation and legal notice dated 27.02.2025 and 10.03.2025, MOHIT 2025.05.01 15:40 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
