Through the instant petition, the petitioners have sought issuance of directions upon the respondents No.2 and 3, to ensure protection of their lives and liberty at the hands of respondents No.4 to 8, and, also to restrain the said respondents from harassing them or interfering in their life.

At this stage, Mr. Krishan Daaria, Advocate, records his appearance on behalf of the respondent No.4, under a validly executed Vakalatnama instituted before this Court today. He submits that neither the respondent No.4, who is the father of petitioner No.1, nor his other family members, have any objection to the marriage solemnized by the petitioners.
