(Oral) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.64 dated 24.07.2018 under Sections 323, 376-D, 506, 509 IPC registered at Women Police Station, Sector 16-A, Faridabad, District Faridabad.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to order dated 17.12.2018 of this Court, the petitioner has joined investigation. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Kallu Singh, does not dispute the aforesaid fact and submits that the custodial interrogation of the petitioner is no more required. Criminal Misc. No. M-53633 of 2018 -2Considering the fact that the petitioner has joined the investigation and his custodial interrogation is no more required, the present petition is allowed and the interim order dated 17.12.2018 is made absolute.
